As coaches, we respect our positions. It is our duty to provide a good example for the team at all times. We work to improve the performances of our players both on and off the court. Success is not just measured by the number of games we win, but by the overall performance of our young athletes socially, academically and fundamentally.
We expect commitment, co-operation, and understanding from all players and parents at games and practices.
As coaches, we are there to guide and foster good sportsmanship among our players. We strongly believe that we represent our community at every game or social function we attend. We want to teach respect, not only for the game, but also for their team mates, coaches and referees.
